Limitations
The price freeze guarantee is only
valid on any accounts you have signed
up for originally. Any new accounts
that you purchase or upgrade to
in the future will not carry the
original pricing structure. This
means that if we raise our prices
at a certain point, any new accounts
you sign up will fall under the
new pricing structure while your
old accounts will remain at the
old pricing structure.

receive via our support desk or
through your billing/support portal,
will be responded to within 5 hours

fail to respond to your support
tickets within 5 hours time, we
will credit your account $1.00 and
this credit can be used for future
services. This does not guarantee
a complete resolution to your issue
or problem at hand because some
tasks take longer to complete. Bear
in mind that most of our support
requests are answered within 30
